When you place an order we collect private information like your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number(s) and payment card information.

Client’s payment card details are held by a third party in a vault system operated by Stripe Inc.. This Payment Service Provider. will act as a security trust company against the credit card information of your booking.

Alicante clubs2hire does not keep a record of your credit card number. We will record which products you book and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns in our reservation system which enables us to improve the service we provide.

This information is used to process rental orders and to provide a more personal experience.

For security reasons we will require you to produce your ID by showing us your credit card on pick up of the clubs.

We never hold or store any customer’s financial details, just rental order details.
